I have followed all the proper care instructions for Hotheads, and I have literally babied them. But I'll just be sitting at my desk and I'll look down and I'll see a little chunk lying on the ground. THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN. They should not be falling out in little chunks like this.
