I am very disappointed in what happened to this company. I used to do their extensions every year.

This time around the quality in hair has dropped significantly. Not only are they attaching less strands but hair softness is not as it used to be. I had a 20 pack of unused extensions and compared the thickness and it. Its half of what they put for a 20 pack 2 years ago.

I loved them because of the thickness and quality and seems they are ripping people off. To bad as they were really good two years ago
